Advisory: Regarding RFQ Workflow Notification Emails from Oracle - “Canceled”

If you are invited to participate in a Request for Quote (RFQ) by a buyer at Con Edison and/or Orange and Rockland Utilities and you do not acknowledge your intent to participate within 24 hours, you will receive the following notification from Oracle – “Canceled” You are invited to RFQ XXXX.”

This does not mean that you, the supplier, have been uninvited to the RFQ; it is just a cancelation of the email notification from Workflow Mailer. We recognize that this is confusing and have brought it to the attention of our Oracle Support Team. The Oracle Support Team will be prioritizing this issue based on the importance of other system issues.

In the meantime, please disregard these notifications. If you are invited to participate in an RFQ, please just log in directly to iSupplier via this link iSupplier with your username and password.
