As a Con Edison customer, you may use this online tool to report trouble with your electric service, such as no lights, partial lights, dim lights, or flickering lights. You may also check on the status of a previously reported electric power outage. Status is not available for non-outage related problems, such as dim lights, flickering lights, tree on wire.
