Customer Service

Report a Streetlight Outage

We appreciate your reporting a street or private area light problem. After all, we maintain thousands of these lights in the tri-state service area covering 1,350 square miles.

To help us guarantee timely repair, please provide detailed information. The best detail you can give us? The 10-digit number on the yellow metal tags on the utility pole. Can't do that? Tell us the names of cross streets and intersections. Or give the location of a pole in relation to a house number or landmark.

If you are unable to locate the pole number, please provide us with a telephone number where we can contact you during business hours, if necessary. Providing your email address also allows us to send you an email if we need to send you an update in regards to your request.
