Responsibilities: As assigned by the Section Manager, directs systems development projects, and the design, maintenance and upkeep of the corporate mission critical GIS and OMS systems. Plans and monitors the work of Senior Systems Analysts, Systems Analysts, Computer Analysts, Computer Interns and Contractors to meet requirements for assigned systems development projects and the follow through to completion of these projects. Reviews and approves all levels of documentation (systems, programs, users and operations) for completeness, quality and adherence to standards.
