Responsibilities: Under the general direction of the Section Manager, this position is responsible for engaging in technical analyses associated with ongoing measurement, verification and evaluation activities of energy efficiency, demand response, renewable energy, low-income, and targeted demand side management program efforts. The Administrator will be responsible for developing evaluation plans, request for proposals and managing third party contractors conducting impact and process related evaluations for various Company program efforts.

The Administrator will be responsible for coordinating all data collection activities to measure and verify the effectiveness of Company programs and will assist the Section Manager with all program evaluation activities for the portfolio of residential and commercial and industrial programs including but not limited to the reporting requirements specified by the NY Public Service Commission, NJ Board of Public Utilities, and PA Public Utilities Commission. Must be versatile in evaluating the Company’s portfolio of program performance and demonstrate strong project management skills.
