Responsibilities:

Qualifications: The AMI Implementation Team requires a Project Manager to join this new organization. The individual must be self-motivated, resourceful and articulate. Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of eight years of experience required. Master’s Degree preferred. Successful completion of Comprehensive Project Management Class or other Project Management class preferred. The Project Manager must have strong leadership skills and have supervisory experience. Individual must have a proven track record of relationship building skills and be able to successfully lead multi-discipline meetings. Responsibilities: The Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Project Business Process Development Project Manager will be responsible for leading the development of Business Process Documents (BPDs) and associated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) required to successfully integrate additional functionality into the of the AMI system. In fulfilling this role, the Project Manager will work closely with the AMI System Integrator and members of the AMI Operations, Customer Operations, Electric Operations, Gas Operations, and Information Technology groups to ensure that business requirements are identified, documented and incorporated into the system design. Project development efforts that will be implemented throughout the course of this project include, but are not limited to, on demand customer operation transactions from the MDMS, remote connect and disconnect of meter service switches, complex billing, automated service order integration via the Meter Data Management System, and others. The Project Manager will be required to work cross functionally with the above noted organizations as well as other groups though out the course of the project. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the training materials that will be prepared are technically correct and incorporate applicable feedback from subject matter experts across the operational groups. The Project Manager will be responsible for presenting and applicable subject matter to various levels of management and weekly employees. The successful candidate will manage the development of BPD’s required for upcoming phases of the AMI project. In doing so, the Project Manager will work collaboratively across multiple organizations and with the IBM System Integrator BDP lead to incorporate required functionality into system design. The Project Manager will identify and resolve key operational practice differences for business organizations impacted by AMI changes and will review SOP’s and training materials to ensure that they are accurate and incorporate SME and AMI team input. In managing this project, the Project Manager shall ensure the System Integrator Change Management process is being utilized to document, justify and prioritize AMI System change requests. The Project Manager closely monitor the quality of System Integrator deliverables against the SI Statement of Work to ensure that contractual commitments are met throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager shall monitor the schedule throughout the project to ensure that established milestones are met throughout the project. Act as a liaison for regulatory and public officials during project implementation, addressing concerns associated with the project. The Project Manager shall responsible for writing technical reports and conducting technical presentations to all levels of Company personnel.

The candidate must have at least two years of identifying, managing and executing business system changes or integration of field infrastructure into operating systems. The candidate must have experience with cross-organization work activity identification and resolution. Experience in an operating or control center environment is preferred. Bachelor’s degree with Engineering or Computer Science preferred. Prior experience with AMI technology is preferred. Responsibilities: The AMI Operations Center (AOC) Project Specialist’s role is to interface with the AMI Control Governance Board, Business Organizations and IT Organizations in Con Edison and Orange and Rockland to ensure business process, system and technology changes are properly evaluated and integrated into the operating AMI infrastructure. The Project Specialist is responsible for managing system changes from the initiation through commissioning process. The primary function of this role is to ensure process and system changes are seamlessly integrated into daily operation and data delivery of the AMI System. The candidate will ensure that safe work practices are followed and the environment is fully protected in accordance with Company policy and governmental regulations. Develop and maintain appropriate monitoring tools for the AMI System to ensure timely response and resolution for field and system issues impacting AMI System Performance. Liaise between the project team and appropriate Company Departments (Engineering, Information Resources, Law, Public Affairs, Purchasing, Construction, Operations, Electric Operations, and Customer Operations) and outside contractors as a representative of the AMI Operations organization. Identify and resolve and lead Business Process changes necessary to appropriately manage work volume, system monitoring and issue resolution impacting AMI System Performance. Lead AMI Team Members, project consultants, and internal organizations to identify business, process and data management improvements necessary to maintain AMI System Operational performance levels. Ensure all documentation, process and contingency requirements are established prior to test execution and system acceptance by the operating organization. Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.

Qualifications: Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) is seeking a highly motivated individual to join its team. The ideal candidate for this position must possess and demonstrate the following to join the Electric Operations AMI Team as a Senior Analyst: • self-reliant, analytical, organized team member that articulates well and exercises good judgment and renders sound decisions; effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with Company employees and contractors, must be well organized, detail orientated and flexible to handle multiple assignments; the selected candidate must demonstrate a positive work ethic in support of the Company’s corporate values and mission, and understand the vital importance of commitment to excellence and possess a high regard for Con Edison's Corporate Values and Mission Statement. • The Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Project Analyst is responsible for a variety of financial and cost management efforts associated with the of the AMI Project including budget forecasting and tracking, the development and updating of Current Working Estimates (CWE), procurement management, contract management, AMI project metrics and KPI tracking. The analyst will be responsible for presenting and reporting information about the AMI Project to various Company parties throughout the duration of the project. The analyst will support AMI by tracking key business financial and operational analytics for internal and external reporting purposes. • A minimum of 5 years cost management, general accounting, planning and administration and budgeting experience is required, including a concentration in utility cost estimating. Intensive experience in coordinating cost estimates with Purchasing, Construction, Engineering and Legal organizations is required. Must have knowledge of contract and procurement management, budget forecasting, cash flow analyses and cost management. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, technology or related field is required. • Must have experience with Oracle’s Business Intelligence Application, Oracle EBS Finance and Supply Chain System, and be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite. Must have familiarity with purchasing and supply chain processes and contract management – processing purchase requisitions, purchase orders and contract administration; Must have working knowledge of CWEs, cost management and business finance structure.



Tableau and WMS/Logica system applications preferred

Responsibilities: The Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Project Analyst is responsible for a variety of financial and cost management efforts associated with the of the AMI Project including budget forecasting and tracking, the development and updating of Current Working Estimates (CWE), procurement management, contract management, AMI project metrics and KPI tracking. The analyst will be responsible for presenting and reporting information about the AMI Project to various Company parties throughout the duration of the project. The analyst will support AMI by tracking key business financial and operational analytics for internal and external reporting purposes. • The analyst will be working cross functionally with several Company organizations, including but not limited to, Business Finance, Corporate Accounting, Finance, Rate Engineering, Purchasing, Regulatory Law, and AOC and internal AMI Organizations to analyze data, report and provide information to various Company organizations to support the AMI Project. The analyst will function as part of the AMI project team as a liaison across all work organizations and business groups associated with the project. Major Responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Forecast, track and report key project financial analytics regarding the AMI Project to internal and external stakeholders. • Develop, monitor, and report key metrics and identify discrepancies and resolution of exceptions. • Develop and update the CWE’s throughout the project lifecycle. • Review data analytics and provide updates to key business organizations. • Perform all work and analysis associated to Cost Management’s budget forecast, rate cases, appropriations, CWE, Business Intelligence, and forecasting project spend and tracking actual spend. • Perform all work and analysis associated to Procurement Management: Oracle procurement requisitioning of services/material associated to the project and updating cash flows. • Present details at CWE meetings on financial spend. • Ensure that the financial payments made are in accordance with AMI contracts, as well as updating cash flows, managing the BPA and PO’s. • Interact with key business organizations to report necessary AMI Project information to support business decisions. • Develop and monitor project analytics reports for project monitoring and exception monitoring. • Perform data analytics in support of day-to-day operating requirements of key business areas. • Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.
