Qualifications: Information Resources seeks to hire a dedicated professional who is committed to exemplary customer service. Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Information Technology or equivalent experience. The successful candidate must possess excellent project management, technical writing and oral communication skills. This individual must demonstrate the ability to exercise independent judgment, manage multiple complex projects, represent the organization in dealings with customers and vendors, and render sound business decisions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required. The candidate must have at least five of the ten below technical skills; 1) A minimum of 5 years’ experience on Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) R12/11i. This should include code migrations, environment cloning, configuration, maintenance troubleshooting and support. 2) A minimum of 3 years working in a large-scale organization. 3) A minimum of 2 years working with either ExaData or ExaLogic 4) A minimum of 5 to 7 years Oracle DBA experience and in-depth understanding of Oracle Databases including current 10g/11g. 5) A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) 10g/11g. 6) Hands on experience on Oracle EBS shared application file systems, DR solutions like 10g/11g Data Guard. 7) Proficient in all aspects of "system administration" functionality within Oracle E-Business Suite. 8) Hands on experience with applications/tech stack/database upgrades, cloning, patching, and backups/recovery. 9) Good Understanding of Storage, Network, server technology, operating systems for optimal application performance. 10) Hands on experience on configuration and maintenance of Oracle Identity Management Infrastructure and Single Sign On (SSO). Integration of SSO/OID with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.



• Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Suite (formerly Hyperion Planning, Financial Management and Essbase) experience is a plus. • Knowledge of Job Scheduling tools such as UC4. • Knowledge of code migration tools such as Stat • Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal business and technical teams as well as vendors and consultants • Experience with Oracle EBS 12.2.X

Responsibilities: • Migrating code from Development, to Test and to Production environments. • Configuring, patching and upgrading of Oracle Core technology products Database, Application servers, Middleware and Security Management. • Cloning the EBS Database and Applications. • Responding to technical requests from Application Development and Business Support. • Working with Infrastructure Service teams to ensure storage, networking and servers support the Oracle EBS environments. • Configuring, patching and upgrading of Oracle E-Business Suite R12.



Ensures Company safety, health and environmental programs for employees whose work they direct. Ensures that safe work practices are followed and the environment is fully protected in accordance with Company policy and governmental regulations.

Physical Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license, be willing and able to travel within Company service territory, as needed, and must be able to participate in the Company's emergency management processes and storm plans as required.
