Qualifications: System Operation, seeks a highly motivated individual to join technical support group as a System Analyst. The ideal candidate for this position must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with personnel on all levels. A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field and at least 7 years of relevant experience is required. In lieu of bachelor’s degree, an Associate’s degree in Engineering, Computer science or related field with 10 years relevant work experience will be accepted. Relevant experience should include but is not limited to systems management, project management, computer networking, cyber security, firewall and information technology. Must have a minimum of 4 years experience managing Linux systems. Candidate must be computer proficient including experience with Microsoft office suite.



The S&TO organization pays particular attention to the performance records of all applicants. Internal applicants who do not meet this threshold may not be considered.

Responsibilities: This position has direct responsibility for the continued monitoring of applications, networks and computer systems in a mission critical environment. This function contributes to the success of the Company by ensuring the health and security of the systems and handling the needs of personnel in an expeditious and cost effective manner. Selected candidate will follow and enforce the Department’s change management process related to changes to the networks and various electronic systems in accordance with regulatory and departmental requirements. Ensure the timing of changes does not jeopardize the availability and reliability of the systems. Promote best practices and use of cybersecurity tools and follow procedures and guidelines to ensure complete compliance with the regulatory requirements. Assist in the daily operation, technical and administrative support of network, applications and computer systems, including user support, troubleshooting, problem solving and being on an “on call” roster to provide needed support during off hours. Assist in the design, development and implementation of network and computer systems and keep abreast of the latest cyber security, network and computer technology.


Physical Requirements: Position requires a valid driver’s license. Travel to other Company and vendor locations may be required. May be required to work various schedules, including weekends, holidays, nights and off-hour shifts. Must be able to pass Industrial Psychologist examination.

Qualifications: Information Security Team is seeking a dynamic, dedicated, keen professional to join its Information Security department. The successful candidate will have either a Master's Degree, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science OR an Associate's Degree with equivalent technical certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CIPP, etc.). 2 years of IT related work experience with a Master's degree; OR a minimum of 3 years of IT work experience with a Bachelor's degree; or a minimum of 5 years of IT related work experience with an Associate's degree. General knowledge and understanding of information technology including software, web, mainframe, server, personal computer and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of IT compliance areas or quality assurance functions is desirable. Illustration of a proven ability to perform compliance and quality assurance initiatives and programs is desirable. Candidates must posses excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, and organizational skills.




Responsibilities: The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities: • Maintain awareness of applicable laws, regulations and company policies to identify and document new or changing compliance requirements. • Perform activities related to any of the following IT compliance areas: cybersecurity, legal/regulatory, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), software licensing, internal/external audit, IT controls and other IT compliance or quality assurance functions. • Assist with the preparations of standards based documents supporting an IT and Cybersecurity compliance program. • Contribute to the development and enhancement of business processes and information system related projects to track and manage compliance activities. • Work with stakeholders to develop, review and execute IT compliance controls and track results. • Track and update metrics related to cybersecurity, privacy, SOX, software licensing or other It quality assurance areas. • Collect and prepare information for response to external and internal compliance audits. • Assist with the documentation and tracking of cybersecurity or IT event incident response. • Prepare and deliver compliance awareness communication across the company. • Provide advice to company personnel on compliance and IT controls. • Prepare project plans and schedules. Tracks and manages project deliverables. • Provide excellent customer service to ensure compliance activities are handled in a prompt and efficient manner. • Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.


Physical Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able and willing to travel within the Company's service territory, as needed. Must be able to participate in the Company's emergency management processes and storm plans as required.
