Qualifications: The Technology section of the Compliance Management department of the Business Ethics & Compliance organization is seeking a dedicated individual to join its team. The Compliance Management Technology Section is responsible for developing and implementing processes and technology to assist the regulated businesses of CECONY and O&R to comply with regulatory requirements. The Section engages organizations to understand current practice and technology, and develop technology that will innovate both the dissemination of compliance information, as well as the reporting and trending of compliance and risk. The successful candidate will help develop and contribute to Key Performance Indicators that will assist Compliance Management to define and measure progress toward organizational goals. For the Senior Analyst: Must have at least 3 years of work experience in computer application programming or systems engineering. A minimum of 1 year experience in big data management, SDLC (systems development lifecycle), databases (Oracle, SQL Server), SQL programming, and project management is required. Experience in regulatory compliance and regulatory enforcement preferred. For the Senior Planning Analyst: Must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. 5 years of Experience in database programming, and/or data mining is required. Must have one year of relevant work experience in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations. Must have experience using or implementing a compliance software package. For both: The successful candidate must demonstrate a positive work ethic in support of the Company’s Corporate Values and Mission. Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, detail oriented and flexible enough to handle multiple assignments in a fast paced environment. Ability to analyze processes relevant data to recommend sound solutions, and implement process improvement. Applicant must have notable analytical skills and experience in using a data analytics software (Tableau, ACL, or other). Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or an equivalent field of study. A Master’s degree is preferred. Must be proficient in the use of MS Office products including Word, Excel, Power Point and SharePoint. . Experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system configuration and implementation a plus. Hands on practice with the six sigma tools is preferred.




Responsibilities: The Sr. Analyst will participate in the implementation of technology solution(s) for Compliance Management. The individual will help ensure that the chosen the technology solution(s) fully captures all regulatory and other requirements the Company complies with. He/she will work on data warehousing and data management of compliance rules and regulations as well as reporting status of compliance. He/She will also interface and collaborate with Company groups that presently have responsibilities for compliance verification and documentation retention and incorporate or manage changes necessary to ensure the enterprise technology solution will promote best practices and verbatim compliance as applicable. The Sr. Analyst will prepare internal Company reports that measure and demonstrate organizational compliance. He/She will provide data analytics support by creating relationships and correlations between various data sources, creating dashboards, and reports. The Sr. Analyst will navigate areas for improvement; create and sustain a workplace environment that fosters leadership, professionalism, honesty, concern, excellence and teamwork. Sr. Analyst will participate in an environment that supports our Company’s cultural imperatives; openness, fairness and trust; customer/external stakeholder relationships, and cost consciousness. The Sr. Planning Analyst will have active involvement in the implementation and maintenance of technology solutions for Compliance Management, ensuring the provision of proper data warehousing, ease of data retrieval and accuracy of reporting. Will interact, communicate and exchange information with groups from other Company departments, other utilities, vendors, and benchmarking partners in the conduct of job responsibilities. Ensure that Compliance Management technology solution(s) promote best practices and verbatim compliance as applicable, including compliance verification, document retention and other requirements. Represents Compliance Management at meetings in connection with job responsibilities. Design and build best-in-class dashboards, tools and reports. Provide data analysis and reports to customers and management on a regular, and as needed, basis. Evaluate existing templates and tools and enhance functionality and capabilities. Act as project manager in the development and maintenance of technology solution(s). 12. Maintain well organized files and accurate records including maintaining back-up for computer files and safeguarding technology equipment, reports and other sensitive items. Develop material for end users including guides and training material. Provide training and development of applicable personnel on compliance solution(s). Perform other tasks and assignments as required.

Qualifications: Con Edison is seeking an experienced engineer/architect to join our Infrastructure Planning team. Infrastructure Planning is part of a centralized IT department that is collectively responsible for the evaluation, planning, design, and implementation for all of the corporation’s infrastructure components. Infrastructure Planning is specifically responsible for establishing the hardware and software infrastructure standards used in the corporate data network. We are looking for a senior technical candidate who can demonstrate the ability to investigate and integrate new technologies seamlessly into the existing corporate IT infrastructure. Candidate should also be adept at reviewing system designs, implementing cybersecurity best practices, and evaluating system performance. The candidate should possess: • 8 years of relevant infrastructure work experience with a proven track record of evaluating and implementing technologies on an enterprise scale • 5 years of architectural design and planning experience • 2 years of experience with integrating corporate systems with Cloud Providers • A strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and remote access technology used to secure corporate network internally and at the perimeter • A working knowledge of protocols and infrastructure services • Ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments in a fast paced environment and under pressure • Strong troubleshooting skills • Knowledge of server and storage architectures • Sound judgment to render sound technical and business decisions • Strong attention to detail • Proven experience demonstrating excellent team skills with internal and external clients • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across a levels of personnel and management • Strong presentation skills



Associates Degree Required. Bachelor of Science/Masters of Science preferred. Programming and script development for management tools and automation is highly desirable.

Responsibilities: The primary focus of this position is to work on a team to establish company IT standards and evaluate and implement new technologies that enhance and secure a large enterprise network. The position requires a broad foundation of IT architectural experience with an understanding of current PaaS and SaaS technologies. A candidate should be familiar with Internet facing technologies, server/storage technologies, cloud services and hybrid cloud integration. This position is expected to be the last level of technical escalation within the company for the assigned responsibilities. The successful candidate will: • Lead the technical direction of our internet facing infrastructure through superior product evaluation and selection methods • Understand the current threat landscape and anticipate technology shifts to provide the best security posture for Con Edison • Work as part of a team supporting all facets of new technology deployments under the Infrastructure Planning Departmental responsibilities. These include Remote Access, Windows Infrastructure including patching, corporate device selection and security infrastructure. • Provide sound technical solutions for IR Application Owners and Business Units • Participate in planning sessions • Develop visual diagrams and project work plans. • Have a familiarity with collecting and interpreting various logs and traces for performance and/or troubleshooting analysis • Have strong troubleshooting skills and a personal drive to remediate any issues.
