Qualifications: The Product and Service Development section of Energy Efficiency is seeking a dedicated professional for its management team to support the implementation, management, and ongoing improvement of project tracking, reporting and CRM software designed for the Company’s energy efficiency and demand management programs.

Required Skillsets/Qualifications:

Associates degree with a minimum of 5 years of work experience or

A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of work experience

Analytical, project management, and budget management experience

Basic understanding of system development projects to include developing, documenting and testing business/technical requirements

Ability to interact and partner with various levels of management and internal/external stakeholders to include energy efficiency experts, engineers, business development and sales professionals

Proven experience working independently and making sound business decision; demonstrated strong writing and communication skills

Knowledge of Salesforce or other customer relationship management software

Strong organizational skills



Preferred Skillsets/Qualifications:

A degree in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science

Project Management training or certification

Knowledge of Salesforce or other customer relationship management software

Experience with change management in an organization

Experience interpreting and defining business requirements

Basic knowledge of the Utility industry, Energy Efficiency and Demand Management programs



Ensure implementation of Company safety, health and environmental programs for employees whose work is directed. Ensure that safe work practices are followed and the environment is fully protected in accordance with Company policy and governmental regulations.

Perform various project management function; establish work plans, scheduling, administering and summarizing meetings, assigning and tracking tasks, change order requests, develop status reports, monitor budget and financials.

Responsible for understanding consultants, software manufactures and vendor’s products and services to include how they may benefit the Company’s energy efficiency, demand management and demand response initiatives as well as revenue growth opportunities, new technologies, automation & process changes.

Develop business and technical requirements traceability metrics and process flow diagrams

Conduct and coordinate testing associated with system implementation and system enhancements.

Manage and direct requirements gathering sessions with internal employees, market partners, program implementation contractors and outside vendors. Document requirements and map out work flows and business processes.

Work closely with the IT Department, the Supply Chain Department, the Legal Department and other areas of the Distributed Resources Integration organization for the creation and use of necessary vendor purchase orders and agreements. Perform other duties and assignments as requested.


Physical Requirements:

Must have a valid driver’s license.

Must be able and willing to travel within and outside of Company service territory, as needed.

Must be able to participate in the Company’s emergency management process and storm plans, as required.
