Qualifications: The Gas Operations organization is seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to provide skilled, efficient and confidential administrative support to the Vice Presidents of Area Gas Operations and Gas Engineering. The successful candidate will be a high energy individual who is extremely organized, able to handle multiple tasks, who demonstrates flexibility and appreciates inclusion and diversity. The candidate should be willing to learn, be on time, and exercise strong interpersonal skills. The individual must demonstrate excellent customer focus, the ability to work well under pressure, and the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to prioritization of and recommendations on appointments. The individual must excel in calendar management and also demonstrate very strong attention to detail and have the ability to prioritize deliverables. Must be able to handle internal and external contacts with tact and sensitivity and work respectfully with sensitive and confidential information. Candidates must have and maintain a high regard for personal accountability and understand the critical importance of superior customer focus. Candidate must also possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and union personnel, and with customers and public/government officials. Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of three years of assistant's experience preferred or an Associate’s degree with four years of assistant’s experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Email, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and calendar management is required. Proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Business Suite products and Adobe Acrobat Editor is preferred.




Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: preparing daily schedules and detailed itineraries for the VP’s including keeping important numbers, locations and contact names electronically filed, responding to invitations and maintaining files of invitations that have been declined, accepted or that are tentative and/or pending. The executive assistant will make reservations for the VP’s air travel and ground transportation for business trips, will screen calls/visitors, maintain calendar including scheduling appointments and meetings, create and maintain all (confidential and other) files; contact other members of the Company as directed to supply or obtain information needed and handle sensitive and confidential information. Will also ensure VP’s are provided with briefing materials for each event by coordinating with event participants and appropriate staff members Assist with special projects, duties or responsibilities as necessary, responding to requests and all other duties as assigned. Assistant will prepare correspondence for VP’s with customers involved in executive level sensitive communications. The assistant will be required to approve exception time for executive team and direct reports in HR Payroll.


Physical Requirements: Candidate's must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel throughout the company's service territory. Candidate should be expecting and able to sit or stand for long periods of time and work accountably with limited supervision. . Must have the ability to work flexible hours and travel throughout the Company’s service territory.

Education – Essential: • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of assistant experience. • Associate’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of assistant experience. • High School diploma with a minimum of 8 years of assistant experience. .

Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1. Assist with updating and submitting various internal reports on activities and highlights on a periodic basis. 2. Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality; be adept at maintaining positive and effective working relationships with peers and multiple managers; be able to manage competing priorities while displaying a positive, cheerful, calm temperament and demeanor. 3. Coordinate with purchasing to set up new vendors and approve exception time for Vice President’s direct reports. 4. Develop, review and edit correspondence and reports for Vice President. 5. Maintain office supplies. 6. Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.


Physical Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed. Must be able to participate in the Company’s emergency management processes and storm plans as required.

Qualifications: The Law Department is seeking a Legal Assistant to provide administrative support for the group. Successful candidate must have a High School Diploma with a minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience in administrative support to senior level management or attorneys in a corporate or legal environment. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Paralegal Studies is preferred. Must be able to work well independently or in a team environment. Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create charts, graphs and spreadsheets, prepare PowerPoint presentations and create electronic databases. Must be detailed-orientated with good analytical skills and ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines. Must have excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and handle internal and external contacts professionally with tact and sensitivity. Must be disciplined, have excellent time management skills and take initiative on projects. Must have strong interpersonal skills as well as exemplary follow-up skills and ability to work effectively with employees at all levels. Must be adaptable to frequent changes in workload and willing to work overtime, with little or no notice, when business needs dictate.




Responsibilities: Review and process Outside Counsel invoices in Law Manager and Oracle. Maintain and organize corporate files (electronic and paper files), including searching, retrieving, and scanning documents into the office imaging system and creating electronic databases. Organize documents and information for litigation or regulatory purposes including responses to discovery or governmental requests. Interact with corporate staff, clients and customers. Perform occasional research. Prepare confidential and sensitive documents and maintain confidentiality with respect to all correspondence in all aspects of the Law Department’s work. Approve exception time for Associate General Counsel direct reports. Perform other related tasks and assignments as required. Ensure implementation of Company safety, health and environmental programs for employees whose work is directed. Ensure that safe work practices are followed and the environment is fully protected in accordance with Company policy and governmental regulations.
