Qualifications: The Business Associate will ensure implementation of Company safety, health and environmental programs for employees whose work is directed. Must be well organized, detail oriented, possess strong decision making skills and demonstrates flexibility to handle multiple assignments.




Responsibilities: The Business Associate will be responsible for reviewing, trending and analyzing operational performance including the development of reports and dashboards using Tableau or similar applications. This includes working closely with key business stakeholders, discussing organizational needs, gathering requirements, providing insight into the data, identify areas for improvement in support of business needs. The overall objective is to improve the customer experience by creating visibility into various data sets and operational activities to enable organizations to improve their efficiency and productivity.


Physical Requirements: • Must have a valid driver’s license. • Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed. • Must be willing to respond off hours. • Must be able to participate in the Company’s emergency management processes and storm plans as required.

Qualifications: The Transmission Operations Department seeks to recruit a Technical Associate to assist with work management needs of the organization. The Technical Associate will perform technical assignments related to the operation of the work management system. Responsibilities: Candidate will assist in making enhancements to Transmission Operation’s work management systems (GIS, Engage & DataSplice). • Develop proactive, customer-centric culture, foster trust and confidence among customers; • Update spatial GIS layers to comply with dynamic field conditions; • Develop maps and perform analysis utilizing Arc Map; • Collect and enter attribute data from various data sources; • Perform all other work related to the operation and maintenance of the GIS System; • Develop and upkeep interactive instruction guides; • Perform work management training to Transmission Operation Persona; • Work with field crews to test and rollout mobile devices; • Work with internal/external IT to test software and products; • Manage IT Projects and work closely with IT consultant professionals; • Develop and upkeep DataSplice Job Plans for overhead and underground inspections; • Perform administrative tasks of the Engage Application; • Seek opportunities for work management improvements based on customer demands; • Develop projects scopes, bid out work packages and authorize payments; • Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.


Physical Requirements: Position requires a valid driver's license for travel within the company’s service territory. Must be able to make field visits as necessary and wear required PPE (personal protective equipment).

Qualifications: The Information Technology Planning Section is looking for a dynamic individual to join its Security Network Operations Center team within Information Security department. Please note: This is a rotating position with a shift differential that covers days, nights, holidays, and weekends. For the System Analyst (1H): The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience, preferably in IT; OR an Associate’s degree with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience, preferably in Information Security. Technical certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, GCIA, GCIH etc.) are preferred. For the Technical Associate (EP): The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and at least one (1) year of experience of IT related experience (includes co-op and internships), Information Security work experience preferred. A well-rounded candidate must be highly organized, detail oriented, flexible to include handling of multiple assignments with deadlines while adapting to changing priorities. The candidate will also possess excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, as you will interact with customers, support staff, outside vendors and various levels of management throughout the enterprise. Strong technical skills across cyber security technologies, scripting skills, knowledge of intrusion detection and prevention systems, malware detection systems, content monitoring and data protection systems and Security Event Management to correlate various sources of security alerts is preferred. Strong knowledge of network protocols, network analysis tools, and network architecture is preferred. Must be available 24/7 and available to be on call and/or participate in off-hour emergency response activities as required. Participate in the Company’s emergency management processes and storm plans.



Previous experience in a Help Desk/NOC, Information Security environment is preferred.

Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for utilizing cyber security monitoring tools to provide day-to-day operational support and monitoring of the IT computing infrastructure. The candidate will be expected to provide timely response, troubleshooting and escalation of alerts and coordinate incident response efforts with CyberSecurity Group. Responsibilities also include: • Monitoring, troubleshooting and supporting intrusion prevention, endpoint protection, data loss prevention, and access control technologies • Responding swiftly to all alerts; performing initial risk/impact assessments or escalating issues as appropriate • Opening and tracking incidents through to resolution • Facilitating communications both internal and external parties • Enforcing change management controls and guidelines • Providing real time and near real time responses to end users, technical support groups and IT management •Issuing daily reports and following established procedures



This is a rotating position with a shift differential that covers days, nights, holidays, and weekends.

Physical Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability and willingness to travel within the O&R and CECONY service territory, as required .The candidate must be willing to work overtime and be flexible with work hours, be on call, and respond to emergencies.
