Qualifications: Con Edison Business Ethics & Compliance Training and Communications section is seeking is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join its team. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field of study with a minimum of three to five years related experience is required. An advanced degree in a related field (Learning/Education, Instructional Design, HR, Organization Development, MBA, or JD) are preferred. 3 to 5 years of experience in designing and implementing training and development initiatives including: training needs analysis, curriculum design, training objectives, instructional strategies and design, scope, timing and resource requirements is required. Project management experience is required. Exemplary oral and written communication skills are required. Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to create rapport and gain consensus are required. Excellent persuasive skills and ability to influence others without direct authority are required. Experience leading a team or managing others is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required. Ethics and Compliance program experience is preferred. Knowledge in risk areas in a regulated utility is a plus.




Responsibilities: Ensure implementation of Company safety, health and environmental programs for employees whose work is directed. Ensure that safe work practices are followed and the environment is fully protected in accordance with Company policy and governmental regulations. Commitment to the Way We Work Principles, and adheres the Company’s Standards of Business Conduct and other Company procedures including Environmental, Health and Safety (“EH&S”), Equal Employment Opportunity (“EEO”), discipline, and security. The Project Specialist will Support the design, development, and implementation of ethics & compliance outreach and training programs for CECONY, O&R and CEB’s. Communicates/disseminates the Business Ethics & Compliance team’s messages and serves as a resource for colleagues on ethics-related matters. Strong project management skills and excellent oral and written communications and presentation skills are required. Plan, and execute special projects, as needed. Will work closely with subject matter experts to design, develop, implement, and evaluate well-tailored, up-to-date, relevant and interactive training programs. Develop and track measurable performance metrics to reflect effectiveness of training programs. Prepare reports on status of training and/or other related initiatives. Develop and implement refresher training, when/where appropriate. Manage internal partners and external vendor relationships, when/where necessary. Plan and execute special projects that support the BEC’s mission, as needed. Answer the BEC Helpline and provide Standards of Business Conduct (SBC) assistance, as needed. Organize/prioritize work, manage multiple tasks and project, and function effectively as a self-directed leader of multiple initiatives to meet organizational milestones and deadlines. Collaborate with team members on various initiatives to promote Business Ethics & Compliance, and integrate them into interactions with our customers, both within the company and externally.


Physical Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed. Some occasional travel out of the service territory may be necessary. Must be able to participate in the Company’s emergency management processes and storm plans as required.

Qualifications: The Technology section of the Compliance Management department of the Business Ethics & Compliance organization is seeking a dedicated individual to join its team. The Compliance Management Technology Section is responsible for developing and implementing processes and technology to assist the regulated businesses of CECONY and O&R to comply with regulatory requirements. The Section engages organizations to understand current practice and technology, and develop technology that will innovate both the dissemination of compliance information, as well as the reporting and trending of compliance and risk. The successful candidate will help develop and contribute to Key Performance Indicators that will assist Compliance Management to define and measure progress toward organizational goals. For the Senior Analyst: Must have at least 3 years of work experience in computer application programming or systems engineering. A minimum of 1 year experience in big data management, SDLC (systems development lifecycle), databases (Oracle, SQL Server), SQL programming, and project management is required. Experience in regulatory compliance and regulatory enforcement preferred. For the Senior Planning Analyst: Must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. 5 years of Experience in database programming, and/or data mining is required. Must have one year of relevant work experience in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations. Must have experience using or implementing a compliance software package. For both: The successful candidate must demonstrate a positive work ethic in support of the Company’s Corporate Values and Mission. Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, detail oriented and flexible enough to handle multiple assignments in a fast paced environment. Ability to analyze processes relevant data to recommend sound solutions, and implement process improvement. Applicant must have notable analytical skills and experience in using a data analytics software (Tableau, ACL, or other). Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or an equivalent field of study. A Master’s degree is preferred. Must be proficient in the use of MS Office products including Word, Excel, Power Point and SharePoint. . Experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system configuration and implementation a plus. Hands on practice with the six sigma tools is preferred.




Responsibilities: The Sr. Analyst will participate in the implementation of technology solution(s) for Compliance Management. The individual will help ensure that the chosen the technology solution(s) fully captures all regulatory and other requirements the Company complies with. He/she will work on data warehousing and data management of compliance rules and regulations as well as reporting status of compliance. He/She will also interface and collaborate with Company groups that presently have responsibilities for compliance verification and documentation retention and incorporate or manage changes necessary to ensure the enterprise technology solution will promote best practices and verbatim compliance as applicable. The Sr. Analyst will prepare internal Company reports that measure and demonstrate organizational compliance. He/She will provide data analytics support by creating relationships and correlations between various data sources, creating dashboards, and reports. The Sr. Analyst will navigate areas for improvement; create and sustain a workplace environment that fosters leadership, professionalism, honesty, concern, excellence and teamwork. Sr. Analyst will participate in an environment that supports our Company’s cultural imperatives; openness, fairness and trust; customer/external stakeholder relationships, and cost consciousness. The Sr. Planning Analyst will have active involvement in the implementation and maintenance of technology solutions for Compliance Management, ensuring the provision of proper data warehousing, ease of data retrieval and accuracy of reporting. Will interact, communicate and exchange information with groups from other Company departments, other utilities, vendors, and benchmarking partners in the conduct of job responsibilities. Ensure that Compliance Management technology solution(s) promote best practices and verbatim compliance as applicable, including compliance verification, document retention and other requirements. Represents Compliance Management at meetings in connection with job responsibilities. Design and build best-in-class dashboards, tools and reports. Provide data analysis and reports to customers and management on a regular, and as needed, basis. Evaluate existing templates and tools and enhance functionality and capabilities. Act as project manager in the development and maintenance of technology solution(s). 12. Maintain well organized files and accurate records including maintaining back-up for computer files and safeguarding technology equipment, reports and other sensitive items. Develop material for end users including guides and training material. Provide training and development of applicable personnel on compliance solution(s). Perform other tasks and assignments as required.

Qualifications: Business Ethics & Compliance is seeking a talented professional to join its team. The successful candidate must possess a High School Diploma with eight years relevant work experience; an Associate’s Degree with four years’ relevant work experience or a Bachelor’s Degree with three years’ relevant work experience. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Power Point and Excel. Excellent oral and written communications skills are required.



A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Experience in auditing, engineering, construction, customer service, operations or other relevant areas is preferred. Twenty years experience as a professional law enforcement officer with an investigative background or equivalent is preferred. Law enforcement experience in surveillance operations and interviewing techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities: The Sr. Specialist will investigate allegations of misconduct; utilize all investigative resources available both internal and external; locate and interview witnesses; gather Company and external records; work with subject matter experts and operational organizations; conduct interviews, surveillance, and review of records to resolve allegations and issues. He/she will also prepare detailed well written investigative reports documenting facts and circumstances related to reported allegations; participate in special investigations; work with other investigative organizations within the company on investigative matters of mutual interest and provide concise verbal summaries of investigations to officers and appropriate managers. In addition, the Sr. Specialist will maintain personal professional competency at a high level; participate in case review and strategy sessions; make recommendations concerning on-going investigations; assist in evaluating cases; and conduct presentations as needed. Also, complete relevant investigations courses and refresher courses will be scheduled as appropriate.
