Qualifications: Talent Management seeks an extraordinarily savvy and resourceful professional to manage our Recruitment team. The changing nature of our business coupled with the dynamic talent needs compels us to drive a more forward-thinking strategic approach to recruitment and the Manager is essential to execute our efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and advance the company’s talent acquisition strategy and processes, including developing and implementing initiatives to source qualified candidates to meet enterprise-wide talent needs.



Core Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 5 years professional relevant work experience in areas such as Human Resources, Employee and Labor Relations, Recruitment and other related fields

• In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 10 years professional relevant work experience required

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team in transition

• Strong relationship-building and team collaboration skills to foster creative solutions to meet business objectives

• Excellent oral and written communication skills demonstrated by experience facilitating meetings and preparing written reports

• Demonstrated customer relations experience; working with both internal and external customers

• Analytical and creative problem solving skills to respond to and manage unexpected needs and concerns

• Strong learning agility with the ability to understand complex processes to drive improvements and process changes to achieve business results

• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint required)



Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in a related field and/or SHRM certification is a plus

• Knowledge of recruiting and sourcing techniques, federal selection guidelines, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices is a definite plus • Strong project management skills preferred • Supervisory experience is preferred

Responsibilities: • Lead a team of Talent Advisors responsible for overseeing the recruitment process for the enterprise

• Identify and implement cross-training initiatives to continuously improve recruiter performance while facilitating ongoing individual development

• Cultivate relationships with customers to play an active role in identifying and understanding customer needs to implement effective sourcing strategies

• Benchmark and implement best-in-class recruiting practices to attract and recruit talent to fill needs across the enterprise

• Implement and oversee internal controls to meet internal processes and regulatory requirements related to the hiring process

• Leverage data analytics to streamline the hiring process in partnership with customers and HR professionals

• Manage the creation of applicant pools to meet forecasted entry level hiring needs across the enterprise \

• Evaluate key performance indicators to identify and address areas for continuous improvement

• Enhance strategic sourcing capability by utilizing best practices and technology solutions to connect hiring managers with qualified candidates

• Participate in talent pipeline review and workforce planning discussions with stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with hiring needs

Physical Requirements: • Must possess a valid driver’s license

• Must be able and willing to travel within and outside of Company service territories to recruiting venues as needed

• Must be able to participate in the Company’s emergency management processes and storm plans as required.
