Qualifications: The Learning Center is seeking to hire a highly motivated Instructor professional to join its Gas "Distribution" Training Team. Candidate must demonstrate an understanding of the importance of personal accountability and commitment to excellence. Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to promote a positive work ethic in support of our Corporate Values. Must be well organized, detail oriented and flexible with the ability to handle classroom instructional responsibilities, special assignments and meet deadlines. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and have the ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations. Candidate must possess the ability to facilitate training programs and group activities/training. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. Must demonstrate the ability to sustain a high energy level and enthusiasm while conducting training sessions. Must be knowledgeable in Corporate Environmental and Safety Procedures as well as applicable Gas Specifications. Must have a High School Diploma/GED.



Successful candidate must have a High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of relevant work experience; or an Associate's Degree with 4 years of relevant work experience; or a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years relevant work experience.

Responsibilities: Core: Instruct students in Gas Distribution skills courses, safe work practices, procedures and equipment associated with specific area of expertise. Design, develop, maintain and administer training programs including lesson plans, training materials, programs, and simulations. Evaluate student performance for promotions and qualifications. Visit operating organizations to perform training on-site and/or to follow-up on the effectiveness of training, and to ensure alignment with new technology and procedures. Serve as an SME to the Gas Organization to support new initiatives as they arise. Ensure that career path training, operator qualifications, and promotional testing requirements are met.



Shift work may be required.

Physical Requirements: • Must have a valid driver’s license. • Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed. • Must be able to participate in the Company’s emergency management processes and storm plans as required.

Qualifications: The Central Operations section of the Learning Center is seeking to hire a highly motivated professional to join its team of instructors. The ideal candidate must have the ability to promote a positive work ethic in support of our Corporate values. Must be well organized, detail oriented and flexible with the ability to handle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and have the ability to make effective presentations as well as facilitating group activities/training. Candidates must be proficient in the use of the entire Microsoft Office Suite, Maximo, Data Splice, and Team Center. Successful candidate must demonstrate technical knowledge of equipment in Substation Operations, a comprehensive understanding of substation procedures, the rule book and environment and safety practices. Experience in Power Plants, Central Engineering, Construction Services, or Facility Maintenance is a plus.



Successful candidate must have a High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of relevant work experience; or an Associate's Degree with 4 years of relevant work experience; or a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years relevant work experience.

Responsibilities: The primary functions of this position are to: conduct training of employees in skills required for performing their jobs, develop and update training curriculum and aids as required, evaluate trainee performance when required for qualifications, and evaluate procedures relative to training. Specific responsibilities include the following: Conduct training in specific area of expertise; evaluate and revise training curriculum including learning objectives, course outlines, instructor guides, student guides, lesson plans, training aids, simulations, performance and written tests, and documentation of procedures; evaluate performance of those being trained, or tested for a position, title change, or advancement in title; evaluate, upon request of client organizations, equipment, materials, and safety and operating procedures relative to training; develop new programs, as required according to Company Operating Procedures; act as a technical consultant for operating departments in assigned specialized areas; document and maintain all required student records; continue self-development in the area of instructional specialization through review of current information and trends and participating in developmental opportunities; market programs to external customers and seek ways to utilize facilities and resources to meet the external customer’s needs; demonstrate flexibility to cross train into related courses not specifically in one's experience area as needed, conduct and/or assist in training programs outside primary area of responsibility; candidate may be required to become a certified instructor of First Aid/CPR by the American Red Cross; visits operating organizations to determine training effectiveness and to ensure alignment with new technology, procedures, and requirements; ensure career path training and promotional testing requirements are met; ensure implementation of Company safety, health and environmental programs for employees and that safe work practices are followed and the environment is fully protected in accordance with Company policy and governmental regulations.

Includes topics such as EEO/diversity/inclusion awareness, sexual harassment, and EEO compliance. 8. Lead/ manage key projects and initiatives to advance equity, diversity and inclusion. 10. Review policies, procedures and processes that may serve as barriers to workplace equity and inclusion 11. Provide recommendations to strengthen key equity and D&I deliverables across the workforce, workplace and marketplace to eliminate discrimination, harassment and retaliation 12. Engage with both management and union employees at all levels, representatives from government agencies, and other stakeholders in contact with the office. 13.
