Responsibilities: • Lead a team of Talent Advisors responsible for overseeing the recruitment process for the enterprise

Qualifications: HR Payroll Support is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated professional with extensive knowledge and experience in PeopleSoft HCM applications. Must possess an in depth understanding of PeopleSoft HCM releases 9.0 or higher. A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years PeopleSoft HCM experience is required. Candidates without a degree must have a minimum 10 years PeopleSoft HCM experience. Relevant work experience should include a minimum of 4 years PeopleSoft Benefits Administration, with a working knowledge of HIPAA interface files and leave accrual processing, Workforce Administration, and Benefits functional support experience. Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, starting with requirements analysis and progressing through functional design, system development, and testing and system implementation. Responsibilities: The candidate must assess how to functionally implement new or changing business requirements within the PeopleSoft application. Develop functional specifications to document system modifications to interfaces, enhancements, reports and business processes. Gain business owner or vendor concurrence on requirements. Develop test plans, test scripts and execute tests to support system patches and updates; major system upgrades/enhancements and defect resolution. Maintain system configuration to support business requirements. Analyze Benefits and Human Resource defects; troubleshoot benefits administration processes, researches and documents system configuration and behavior; test corrective actions and validate corrections moved to production. Maintain/add Benefits Plans and Rates as needed; updates Benefit Programs as needed. Coordinate with outside vendors regarding any interface file changes and issues and develop test plans for any required changes. Must research and understand any regulatory changes that may have a system impact and require program changes. Create and customize queries for the business users based on their needs. Help core users understand how the system works and assists with resolving operational issues. Maintain and modify batch program schedules and work with the business users to clear up any resulting errors. Maintain functional documentation for the PeopleSoft Benefits and Human Resources configuration and processes. Maintain all custom reports, interfaces and enhancements related to Benefits and Human Resources and troubleshoots errors. Schedule interfaces to run automatically and when needed, and initiate ad hoc requests to run them.

Qualifications:

Human Resources is looking to hire a highly motivated individual to supervise our HR Service Center. The HR Service center is the unit responsible for processing personnel and benefit transactions, handling telephone inquiries and correspondence, conducting benefit orientation sessions and resolving claim issues with benefit carriers for active and retired employees of the company.   This individual must have a High School diploma with a minimum of 5 years work experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree with three years of work experience. Three years of supervisory experience is required. Supervisory experience in a Utility or the public sector is preferred. The successful candidate must have demonstrated the ability to motivate and manage a workforce. Strong computer skills (MS Office), knowledge of the PeopleSoft HCM is required.   Hands on experience with IC Business Manager (call center phone system) and conducting call evaluations is preferred.  Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are required as well as the ability to effectively interact with union employees and various levels of management.  Strong organizational, decision-making and analytical skills with attention to detail and a solid teamwork orientation are required. Proven leadership qualities/skills and the ability to coach, motivate and develop people are required.  Must be flexible in handling multiple work assignments, changing priorities and able to meet deadlines.  Must have the ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound business decisions.

Qualifications: Occupational Health is seeking a highly motivated, energetic individual to join its team as a staff physician. The ideal candidate must be a Doctor of Medicine (MD/DO) with a minimum of 6 years of post-graduate experience in a primary care, urgent care or emergency room setting. Candidate must have license to practice medicine in New York State, or the ability to obtain an unrestricted medical license upon appointment. Must be board certificated /board eligible in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine. Other specialty areas will be considered depending on experience. If not board certified at time of hire, must obtain within one year of hire. NRCME certification or willingness to obtain within three months of hire. Minimum of three years’ experience in occupational health preferred. The incumbent must have professional, polished oral and written communication skills in person, over the phone, and through email. Must have strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer applications MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required. Previous experience with electronic medical records, specifically Medgate, preferred. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills will allow the incumbent to be flexible to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines, which is also required for this position. As an employee, you need to commit to these ideals of development a proactive, customer centric culture to foster trust and confidence among customers and improve value for all of our stakeholders Assess employee’s safe work capacity based on history, physical examination and review of records. Provide post-offer physicals, fitness for duty examinations and occupational surveillance evaluations, (i.e. respiratory clearance, asbestos). Perform National Registry of Certified Medical Examiner (NRCME) commercial driver examinations. Conduct Medical Review Officer (MRO) consultations as specified under the DOT Drug Free Workplace Program. Participate in arbitrations and unemployment insurance/worker’s compensation hearings as needed. May participate in epidemiologic studies to monitor occupational health trends throughout the company and assist in providing guidance for quality improvements in the clinic. Stay abreast of current trends and scientific literature in the occupational health field with particular attention to the utility industry. Provide support to the Director and Administrative Physicians during periods of his/her absence. Maintain employee confidentiality and protect the integrity of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Personal Health Information (PHI). Perform all other duties assigned by the Administrative Physician and Director in support of Departmental function. Other projects, related tasks and assignments as required.


Physical Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed. Must be able to participate in Company’s emergency management processes and storm plans as required.
